I got a scholarship to Styda Culinary Academy in January 2021 and after completion, I started my own food business in school, as I was a student in the university at the time. Learning that skill was the best thing that ever happened to me because it sponsored me through school and put me in rooms I never thought I’d be able to enter. I’m currently not doing the food business anymore as I graduated and now work corporate but the experience gotten during those months has helped shaped my work ethics and I know in the near future, I’ll be going back to the food business and going bigger.
